The time has come, my friends. In an effort to consolidate and fine tune I came to the realization that the Fuzzy Poet site is no longer needed. Posting here was becoming redundant.
I believe I’m paid through August on the blog, so you can still hang here and vibe with older posts. New strips will be posted to www.motivationalhousecat.com and www.drewgold.com will still be the place for awesome new Fuzzy Poet posters, zines and other cool assorted eye candy.
For those that did, thanks for following along. Stay safe. Drop me a line on the other sites.
I hope everyone’s week is off to a great start. I wanted to give you all a heads up that my website has a new look and feel to it. I really think you’re going to like the changes, as the user experience is smoother, sleeker and cleaner. MoCCAfest is still on, and I’ve got a lot of new and exciting products to vibe with; new books, stickers and a few other surprises!
Thanks for looking! Here’s a homepage screenshot w/link:
This is how it ends, my friend. Lymphoma. I thought we would still be together at my 50th.
I’m grateful I had the opportunity to spend the past year with you. It was a blessing. I will especially treasure the memories of us walking Lily to and from kindergarten. The other parents and kids loved you, Ghira. You always were a Family Dog.
I’ll always remember the first thing you did for me: You kept me centered and focused through a divorce. And then you and Woolfie met and plotted out a new life for me. A better one. I know you loved me and how I loved you, my little Kelpie!
These are our last pictures together. We were walking down a street and found ourselves surrounded by sunflowers and sunshine. Just like our book.
Goodbye, Fuzzy Poet. Goodbye, Ghira. The time runs away like wild horses and I will see you soon.
